Bevan Mitchell

Founder

Bevan Mitchell is the owner and CEO of Creative Coach Solutions, a company she grew up in. Founded by her father in 2004, the business was built on relationships, grit, and a belief that showing up matters. After his passing in 2014, Bevan stepped in to carry the company forward, turning a deeply personal loss into a defining moment of leadership.

Over the past decade, Bevan deeply focused on excelling CCS and its execution of mobile activations, tours, and pop - u ps on a national scale. In this stride she has transformed Creative Coach solutions into a go - to partner for companies taking their brand to the road. Expanding services and products from custom - built vehicles to fully managed campaigns, her work sits at t he intersection of logistics, creativity, and execution.

With an extensive marketing education and diverse industry acumen, Bevan is known for her hands - on approach and ability to simplify complex travel and solution - oriented programs into results that s peak for themselves. She has worked with major brands including ESPN, CBS, Bosch, and State Farm, helping them perform in metrics that are tangible, memorable, and built to impact.

At the core of her work is a strong sense of legacy. The company she leads today reflects the foundation her father built, strengthened by her own vision for how mobile brand experiences can evolve and grow. Under her leadership, Creative Coach Solutions continues to expand while staying rooted in the relationships, reliability, and execution that have defined the business from the beginning.

Kai McGuffin

National Sales Manager

Kai McGuffin is the National Sales Manager at Creative Coach Solutions, where he leads sales and business development efforts with a focus on agency partnerships, client relatio nships, and strategic account acquisition. Since joining the company full time in 2025 after graduating from Montana State University with a degree in Finance, he has worked to expand CCS ’ s national presence by building strong connections across the experi ential and marketing landscape.

Kai brings a relationship - driven approach to his work, combining analytical insight with a clear understanding of how organizations develop and sustain long - term partnerships. He works closely with agency and brand partners nationwide to develop programs that align creative vision with operational execution. His work supports the continued growth of Creative Coach Solutions by helping agencies and brands translate ideas into programs that are practical, scalable, and built fo r real - world execution.
