Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most from the agencies and brand teams planning mobile campaigns. If yours is not here, ask us directly; the team responds within 24 hours.

VEHICLES AND BUILDS

Our fleet covers the full range of mobile marketing formats: Prevost coaches and Mobile Experience Coaches, Luxury Mobile Showrooms, double deck buses, glass display vehicles, expandable trailers and tractor-trailers, school buses, RVs, step vans, food trucks, and sprinter and cargo vans. If the format your campaign needs is not on that list, we build it.

Yes. Custom design and fabrication is the core of what we do, from interior build-outs with power, climate control, and finished environments to one-of-a-kind features like the rooftop observation deck we built for the Jim Beam Racing coach. We handle design, engineering, fabrication, and the wrap under one roof.

Yes. We retrofit existing vehicles as well as building new ones. If your organization already has a coach, trailer, or truck, we can convert it into a working brand environment and wrap it for the campaign.

Yes, and some of our best-known programs did exactly that. We converted a Prevost XLII into a functioning dental imaging showroom for Gendex that toured for 457 days, and we built a 45-foot mobile broadcast studio with live send and receive capability for ESPN and DirecTV. Builds are engineered around the electrical capacity, mounting, and climate control that live equipment requires.

Programs and services

Both. We offer rentals for shorter programs and single events, leases for season-length campaigns, fully managed tours, and ground-up custom builds. The right model depends on your campaign length, how unique the build needs to be, and whether you plan to reuse the asset.

Everything between the campaign concept and the audience: the vehicle, the build, the wrap, route planning, permitting, Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, professional drivers, staffing, and post-campaign reporting, under one contract with one accountable team.

Yes. Wrap design support, production, and installation are part of the build process, so the creative your agency develops translates correctly to the vehicle’s real dimensions and surfaces.

Yes. We field professional drivers, tour managers, and brand ambassadors, plus the routing and compliance work that sits underneath them. Your team brings the product and the brand knowledge; we run the operation around it.

Logistics and operations

Professional drivers employed for the program, holding a commercial driver’s license (CDL) where the vehicle class requires one and operating under federal hours-of-service rules. Driver qualification and DOT compliance stay with us, so your team never carries that risk.

Yes. Activation and parking permits vary city by city, and multi-market routing is planned around each market’s requirements as part of the program. We also manage International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) administration for interstate operation.

Depending on the venue and the build, vehicles run on shore power where it is available or on generators sized to the build’s real draw. Power planning is part of every route, so the experience works the same in a festival field as it does on a city street.

Nationwide, across the continental US, from our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Multi-city tours, coast-to-coast roadshows, and single-market activations are all in scope.

Planning, timing, and cost

Earlier than most teams expect, because vehicles, fabrication slots, and experienced crews book out ahead of each season. Summer festival programs, Q1 trade-show season, and Q4 retail windows all reward planning several months ahead. The best move is to start the conversation while your campaign is still a concept.

It depends on the vehicle and the complexity of the customization. Smaller retrofits can be completed in a few weeks, while full custom builds typically run several weeks to a few months. Once we review your scope and timeline, we provide a detailed production schedule.

It depends on the vehicle class, the build, the route length, and staffing, which is why we quote each program individually rather than publishing rate cards. Request a custom proposal and we will price your specific campaign, with every line item visible.

Post-campaign reporting is part of a managed program. Depending on the campaign, that can cover stops completed, visitors and engagements, samples or demos delivered, and mileage and market coverage, so your team can show what the program produced.
