Jim Beam Racing needed a flagship brand platform that would stand out in the most visually competitive environment in American motorsports the NASCAR paddock. The goal: create an iconic, purpose-built corporate motorcoach that served as a premium hospitality destination for VIP guests, a brand centerpiece at race events, and a vehicle whose presence alone would generate awareness and admiration.

Creative Coach Solutions (CCS) delivered a custom Prevost XLII with a rooftop observation deck a first-of-its-kind feature that gave VIP guests an incomparable race-viewing vantage point while making the vehicle impossible to miss in any paddock or event environment. In its 3rd consecutive year of exceeding client expectations, the program expanded beyond racing into a full musical sponsorship.

THE CHALLENGE

Jim Beam needed a motor coach that could simultaneously serve as an iconic brand statement at auto racing events, a premium hospitality space for celebrity and VIP guests, and a flexible platform capable of activating across sponsorship contexts beyond the racetrack—including major music properties.

THE VEHICLE

Creative Coach Solutions designed and built a 45-foot Prevost XLII configured as Jim Beam Racing’s signature brand platform. The vehicle featured a front slide-out for expanded interior space, twin awnings for exterior presence, a full exterior branded wrap, and the program’s signature feature—a custom-built rooftop observation deck with an integrated video screen offering guests unobstructed race viewing from above the paddock floor.

EXECUTION

Racing Circuit Presence: The coach served as Jim Beam’s primary brand activation at NASCAR and auto racing events, appearing consistently throughout the season as a recognizable paddock centerpiece and VIP destination.

VIP Hospitality Delivery: The interior provided unmatched luxury hospitality for celebrity guests, brand partners, and racing VIPs, with the rooftop observation deck creating a signature race-day experience unavailable from any other brand asset on the circuit.

Celebrity Transportation: CCS managed luxury transportation for all celebrity guests across racing events and music sponsorship appearances, ensuring a seamless, premium experience from arrival to departure.

Kid Rock Tour Extension: The program’s success and vehicle flexibility led the client to expand the coach’s role into a full sponsorship of the Kid Rock Tour, proving the vehicle’s value well beyond motorsports and into major music entertainment.
